📦 Bakery Cart Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 2 to 5 business days for Karachi and 2 to 9 business days for all over Pakistan (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery generally takes 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan once dispatched.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to 10000pkr.

  • For orders exceeding this amount, or for certain high-weight items, advance payment via Bank Transfer or Mobile Wallet may be required before dispatch.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email, SMS, or WhatsApp notification containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel via our courier partner. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Delivery Issues & Delayed Parcels

  • While we partner with reliable courier services, unexpected delays can occasionally happen due to weather, transit issues, or peak holiday seasons. If you haven't received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate it for you.
