📋 Bakery Cart Refund Policy

1. Eligible Items for Return & Refund

• Non-Perishable Tools & Equipment: Items like cake tins, silicone molds, nozzles, turntables, and electrical appliances can be returned within 7 days of delivery. They must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If your items arrive damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

• Please provide clear photos or a short video of the damaged item and the shipping label. We will happily arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return
